Now that i think of it, how did it go unnoticed that like 3 of 5 of those undercover guys have devil fruit powers. They didnt fall in the water once, in the five years they were under cover, in a city of water.

They probably used their advanced agility to avoid falling in and it wouldn't be wierd as other Galley-La workers like Paulie also have similar agility skills without CP9's training.

As for Blueno, he probably spent most of his time in the bar and sent out other undercover agents to resupply his bar.

The only fruit users were Lucci and Blueno that went undercover. One was a bar keeper and the other was a foreman. It's not like they were in the battlefield. Even if Lucci got into fights, it's not something he can't handle.

I don't think they had devil fruit powers before. When they met back up with their boss, the joker looking guy, he said he had a gift for all of them and then it showed a bunch of devil fruits in boxes. That was the gift he gave them, the devil fruit powers. They are pretty much fighting with those powers for the first time here, yet somehow they are already very good at it. shrugs.

What're you talking about? They clearly have DF powers. Lucci literally turned into a Leopard and Blueno can make doors. You can't just get rid of those powers. And he didn't say he had rewards for all of them. He didn't specify the whole party. And it looks like he only got 2 fruits.
